Sweet Nothings Squeezable Smoothie are a nice option to get the whole fruit in a popsicle. These are the healthiest popsicles on our list you can buy. With organic fruits and veggies and no added sugars. Depending on the blend you choose they only contain about 4-7 grams of sugar.

Goodpop is doing ok here with 6-8 grams of sugar in the popsicle depending on the flavor you choose! However, because these are only made from juice concentrate and are shelf stable, they’re last on the list for us, but still a great option out there.

Morning sickness is no fun. Plain and simple, it sucks. It was never my favorite thing to eat dry and often stale salty crackers straight in the morning or mostly at odd times in the night. But I did it, because it beat being in the bathroom. I wish I would have thought about popsicles! I definitely would have given them a try in the sweltering summer months of pregnancy.
